Hi, I’m Adebayo Basorun.

I secure cloud, network, and system environments through security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident investigation, and infrastructure protection.

I hold a Master’s degree in Transportation Systems from the Technical University of Munich. My engineering background shapes the systems-thinking approach I apply to cybersecurity: understanding how complex infrastructure operates and designing controls that improve resilience without disrupting performance.

My professional focus lies in security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud security.

Through practical security projects and enterprise-style lab environments, I have deployed monitoring platforms, developed detection rules, investigated alerts, analysed system and network logs, and implemented structured response workflows.

I am particularly interested in SOC operations, OT security, cloud infrastructure protection, and the security of complex systems such as transport networks, digital platforms, and critical infrastructure.
